Referral Opportunity

A useful introduction can become a real project. If you bring a valid, paid project opportunity to BBCINDIA, you may be eligible for a referral commission.

How the Process Works

  1. Submit the lead: Introduce the potential client or project to BBCINDIA.
  2. Qualification: We review the opportunity to ensure it matches our capabilities.
  3. Discussion: The project scope and commercial terms are discussed with the client.
  4. Agreement: Any referral commission arrangement is explicitly agreed with you in writing before acceptance.
  5. Execution: BBCINDIA executes the work according to the contract.
  6. Commission Payment: Commission is processed after the agreed project milestones and client payments are successfully completed.

Transparency Panel

We believe in clear and honest business practices. Please review our referral policies:

  • Commission PercentageTo be mutually agreed in writing before the project is officially accepted. Varies based on project scope, value, and margins. [Placeholder: Typically X% - Y%]
  • EligibilityReferrer must formally submit the lead and receive an acknowledgement before BBCINDIA independently engages with the client.
  • Conversion DefinitionA lead is considered "converted" only when a formal contract is signed and the initial client payment is received.
  • Payment MilestonesReferral payments are processed within an agreed timeframe after BBCINDIA successfully receives payment from the client for the corresponding milestone.
  • Lead OwnershipIf multiple people refer the same lead, ownership generally belongs to the first formally submitted and acknowledged introduction.
  • Tax & ComplianceThe referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes on the commission received. Proper documentation (e.g., invoices) may be required.
  • No Guaranteed IncomeA referral submission does not guarantee a commission. The project must be accepted, converted, and paid by the client according to the agreed terms.

* Note: The above points are a summary of our working principles. The full Legal Referral Terms will be established prior to engaging in a formal referral agreement. Final legal documents must be reviewed by a qualified professional before becoming legally binding.
